You are covered by the Assistance 24h / 7 service in the event of vehicle immobilization, locking the keys, puncture of the tire, lack of fuel, road collision. You will get free help from our support team and be back on the road quickly. Depending on the situation, an additional charge for fuel or new tires may apply.

You are covered by protection against damage to the car. Your financial responsibility is limited to the amount of the excess: 1279.2 usd. You are not charged extra for this limitation of liability. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) operates under the condition that the car is used in accordance with the rental regulations. In the event of a collision and damage to the car, you are required to submit a report to the Police confirming the circumstances of the damage to the car.

You are covered by car theft protection. Your financial responsibility is limited to the amount of the excess: 1279.2 usd. You are not charged extra for this limitation of liability. Theft Protection (TP) works under the condition that the car is used in accordance with the rental regulations. In the event of a car theft, you are required to submit a report to the Police confirming the circumstances of the theft. You can reduce your deductible in the next step by selecting the Additional protection option.

In the winter period from November 1 to March 31, ENGO cars are equipped with winter tires marked with M + S, MS, M&S or the alpine symbol 3PMSF (We do not use all-season tires because they are not accepted to enter Austria, Switzerland in winter, Slovakia or Italy). It should be noted that winter tires are an additional accessory for a new car and are not an integral part of its purchase. As part of the ENGO subscription, you do not incur any additional fees for the purchase of winter tires, seasonal replacement and storage.

The service package includes all inspections, replacement of consumable parts and repairs of the car resulting from its normal use. This is one of the advantages of our offer. Your car is always under the care of our support team.

Car delivery. We will deliver the car to your home in a location within the 'Door to Door'. There are no delivery fees within the specified location Warsaw from Monday to Friday. On weekends, on public holidays, the cost of vehicle delivery is PLN 246 including VAT. You can also opt for paid vehicle delivery to a selected city outside the specified location - the estimated cost of delivering the car is distance x PLN 1.85 including VAT. Contact us about this.

Car return. There are two options: free vehicle return - you should contact us and deliver the vehicle to the location Warsaw or you can opt for paid vehicle collection from the location (door to door service). Contact us about this.

A driving license valid in Poland and the European Union is required. Each of the people who will drive the rented vehicle must have a valid driving license for the entire rental period. All European Union (EU) driving licenses are accepted. Driving licenses of citizens of other countries must be obligatorily supplemented with an international driving license. American and Canadian citizens should have the International Driving Permit - (IDP), in which case they will also be treated as persons authorized to drive a vehicle in the territory of the Republic of Poland and the entire EU. Ukrainian citizens who have a Ukrainian driving license may use their own Ukrainian driving license in Poland and throughout the EU in accordance with the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic. You must have a full driving license valid for at least 24 months at the time of rental.

We do not accept cash payments. We offer the highest possible level of security when making online payments, which is subject to the international standards of the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) and EMV and 3-D Secure. When you set up an account, we will ask you to provide your payment card details (credit or debit). Your card details are safe because they are not processed or stored in our systems. ENGO will charge fees according to the agreement according to the applicable rental fee, service order or price list. Current payment method details must be provided and, if they change, they must be immediately updated in the customer account. The Lessee authorizes ENGO to charge the Lessee's account using the current details obtained.

We accept payments in PLN/USD/EUR. Therefore, when you order a vehicle and choose payment in PLN, for example, your payment card will be charged in PLN. When you choose EUR, your payment card will be charged in EUR.

You must be at least 25 years old to rent this vehicle. If you are under 25 you will be charged an additional young driver cost.

The minimum subscription period is indicated in the Rental Agreement (number of monthly periods) and is set as a fixed minimum rental period ("Fix Term"). After this period, the flexible rental period ("Flex Term") applies. In the case of a fixed period, the Rental Agreement ends automatically after the agreed rental period. In the absence of different arrangements between the Parties, the term of the Rental Agreement after the period indicated in the Rental Agreement will automatically pass to an indefinite period "Flex Term" renewed for subsequent monthly billing periods. In the case of a flexible rental period, the Rental Agreement can be terminated in text form at the end of each monthly billing period, at the earliest at the end of the minimum period.

Before activating the rental agreement and handing over the car, your payment card will be charged the amount of the deposit indicated in the rental agreement. For this vehicle, the minimum deposit is: 1279.2 usd. After the contract has been properly executed, the deposit will be immediately released and, in accordance with the deadline set by the bank issuing your card, will be returned to your bank account.
