The vehicle is covered by full fleet insurance including third-party liability, comprehensive and theft insurance.
You do not need to arrange your own policy.

Your maximum financial liability per incident: 5600 usd

What this means:
– for minor damage you cover the repair cost
– for major damage you pay up to 5600 usd
– the remaining cost is covered by insurance

If a third party is responsible and their insurance covers the damage, you pay nothing.
Liability limitation applies when the vehicle is used in accordance with the agreement.
In case of accident or theft, reporting and documentation (e.g. police report) are required.

Lower liability options may be available for selected vehicles.

Winter tyres, seasonal replacement and storage included.
Vehicles are prepared for winter driving across Poland and the EU.

Scheduled maintenance, servicing and wear-and-tear repairs are included.
Your vehicle remains under ENGO support throughout the subscription.

You can collect the vehicle in Warsaw or choose home delivery. After reservation, we confirm the date and location to match your schedule.

Delivery across Poland: 650 PLN (incl. VAT)

If you switch to another ENGO vehicle during an ongoing subscription, the vehicle swap and delivery are free of charge.

All drivers must hold a valid driving licence throughout the rental period.

The licence must be valid within Poland and the European Union and must have been held for at least 24 months prior to the start of the agreement.

EU driving licences are accepted. Drivers from outside the EU must present an International Driving Permit (IDP) together with their national licence.

Drivers from the USA and Canada must hold an IDP. Ukrainian licences are accepted in accordance with applicable regulations and the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic.

We do not accept cash payments. All payments are made cashless using a credit or debit card.

When activating your subscription, you will be asked to add a payment card to your customer account. Subscription fees, additional services and any settlements will be charged automatically in accordance with the agreement and price list.

Your card details are secure — we do not store or process them in our systems. Payments are handled by certified providers in accordance with PCI DSS, EMV and 3-D Secure standards.

The Renter must maintain a valid payment method for the entire duration of the agreement. If the card changes, it must be updated promptly in the customer account. The Renter authorises ENGO to charge the provided payment method in accordance with the agreement.

We accept payments in PLN, EUR and USD. The card will be charged in the currency selected when placing the order.

Minimum driver age: 25 years.
A young driver fee may apply for drivers below this age.

The minimum subscription period is typically 6 months and is confirmed in the agreement.

After the minimum term, the agreement continues on a flexible monthly basis and may be cancelled with one month’s notice or continued.

An online reservation is a preliminary step — final terms and duration are confirmed in the agreement.

A one-time initial fee may apply at the start of the agreement. Its amount depends on the selected vehicle and financing structure.

This fee may be treated as a tax-deductible cost and reduces future monthly payments or subscription fees.
